Senate Bill 449    A bill that will require licensing of individuals installing, repairing or maintatining medical gas systems. If passed the law becomes effective on January 1, 2011.  The bill passsed a House vote 90-32 on 3/23/2010 and is headed for the senate.

Senate Bill 2142    Amends continuing education requirements for contractors.
This bill was approved by the Govenor on 3/26/2009.

Senate Bill 465      Changes mailing requirements for nuisance letters by allowing first

class mail rather than certified return-receipt. The last hearing was on 2/8/2010.

House Bill 2472     While previous attempts to prohibit jurisdictions from adopting codes requiring fire suppression systems in residential structures (HB2515) were defeated, the language of previous bills is now included as an amendment to HB2472 (page 17).  continue
